I've been coming to elite car wash for 22 years, the first time I've EVER been charged $5 for have a Tesla hatch back, mind you I have 3 other suvs and never been charged. It's a car wash, was price gouge for have a hatch back? How about my Toyota Prius. Who ever owns this now has run this car wash to the ground. I have 5k thousand followers in my social media all in Arlington, I will be sure to let everyone know. Price gouge a customer. I have attached a picture of the menu that doesn't show a thing. Fast and Affordable car wash. The waiting area was spacious and had air conditioning which was a plus. The staff was professional and polite.

This is a terrible business. They have damaged so many people's vehicles - by water damage, their machines breaking off car parts, scratching and denting, putting in the wrong oil, etc. But as far as I can tell, they have never once taken responsibility. Just take a look at all the testimonials here on YP, but also on Yelp, Google, even their own Facebook page. One reviewer says they don't bother to carry commercial liability insurance, so if something happens to your car, truck, SUV or van, you're out of luck. No one should... read more

I wish I could leave a negative star. The manager, Kevin Morris, needs to go back to school and learn customer service. He's such a douche bag on how he treats his employees and customers that aren't satisfied with the service. The quality of the cleaning was atrocious!

Had a my car detailed on Monday. Picked it up and lots of spots missed, more stains than I went in there with and water damage to an electrical component that had to be replaced at a cost of $300. Owner refused to even acknowledge that the water damage could have been done by their steam cleaning apparatus. My mechanic says otherwise. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR! lack of integrity owner owes us money and will not return calls and did not live up to his agreement. this shows a real lack of integrity, honesty and honor. if they will do that to us with a sign document could it be possible that when they are servicing your car ////are they really changing your fluids or just telling you they are..hum mm food for thought.

Anything but elite! – I live close by and have been here a twice for the 40 packages they sell. Both have been horrible and done very poorly. Once money in hand no one is helpful and customer service ends. Looking for a detail or carpet cleaning? LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Don't waste your time! This is the second time I tried them. They do NOT listen to instructions nor care when something is pointed out. The staff isn't very friendly either. They really don't deserve any stars..... Try Colonial, at least they'll make it right!
