I needed a reliable full service wash and these guys did a fantastic job. I think it was a special day as the placed was packed and they were very efficient getting cars through. The check out process was a bit slow but I'd recommend this place overall. Very courteous employees and great holiday discount coupon specials.

Employees at the car wash accidentally raised the antenna on my SUV before sending it through the car wash resulting in a bent/broken antennae. I didn't notice that it was bent and broken until I was about a mile away. I IMMEDIATELY called the manager, Arron, told him what had happened, I offered to return to the car wash right then. the people are rude and dont care about c ustomer service and do a terrable job my car came out still dirty and leaves still behind the wipers how can you wash a winshield and have leaves sitll on it and the guys could care less dont waste your money there

Worst service I have ever had in the automotive industry. If I could give negative stars here I would. The employees seemed nice at first. They seemed interested in my car for its rarity and condition. Well then they broke my ebrake not knowing how it functioned. They didn't bother to inform me, or even ask how it worked since they had probably not used one before. (this is a standard ebrake with the spring removed). I went here twice. Once with a relatively clean car and it was just ok. The second with a dirtier car and it was not ok. I had a coffee stain on my LEATHER seat and it was still there. I called the manager over and he said they don't wipe the seats only vacuum. I paid for a FULL SERVICE that claimed to do interior and exterior. I suggested they get a moist rag and keep it in their back pocket rather than provide shady service, but I didn't seem to be getting through. Got my car washed for $23, showed the guy at the end the spots they missed, he calls me a d*ck for it, I told the manager and he tells me hes "too busy" to deal with this.

missed spots all over the car, especially the freaking chrome rims. not worth the $25. Extreme Clean's is much better service, $15 great hand wash.

just paid eight dollars to get my car sort of clean. To be fair I was offered to go through again but if they could't do it right the first time, they've lost my business!
