HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! No professionalism of any kind!!!!! I wish I would not have had their cake at our wedding!!!! First of all, we spent days looking for our wedding cake topper, the day of the wedding the person who delivered the cake dropped the topper which shattered. So no topper on the cake at the wedding. I went to a wedding and had experienced tasting their cake. It was beautiful and tasty so I decided to use them for my children's baby christening. I sent a picture days before ,which was obviously overlooked. I went to pick up the cake and it still had not been decorated. They did not follow the picture and the decorating was very messy. This past weekend my sister-in-law had a birthday party and bought a cake from this company Elite Cake Creations in Cooper City. I must say that it has been the most delicious cake I have ever tasted. I am not a sweets person and I had seconds! I got a cake from this company yesterday for a very special occasion and I was very pleased with my cake. My guests first complimented me of the design of the cake which was exactly what I wanted. Them my guests complimented me even more on the flavor of my cake, It was delish!!! i recommended Elite Cake to all my guests and everyone here. Amazing beautiful Cake and Professional Company – This past weekend I celebrated my daughter's wedding. What a great job and delicious taste cake!! A very good friend of mine had very highly recommended Elite Cake Creations in Pembroke Pines that now are in Cooper City in a much bigger facility. I think the largest one in south Florida. If I could give no stars I would – I don't recommend using this vendor. First visit: I had called ahead of time to set up an appointment and asked it I needed to request any cake flavors and was told no they would have cake for us to sample. Arrived for my 11:00am appointment and the door was still locked. We had to call in order for them to open the door. The delivery boy did our appointment, didn't even turn the lights on. Late Cake and Poor Customer Service – I had heard good things about Elite Cake Creations and ordered a custom cake for my 10th anniversary. I called the store before picking up my cake and was told it was ready. I had ordered it to be ready for pick-up at 1 and arrived there at 3.
