ECC refinished our cabinets and did a great job overall. However, they have not been responsive to warranty issues. We have attempted numerous times to get them back out to our home and make some minor repairs. We posted a review on google and they had it blocked or removed (several months ago). My next step is the BBB since they have not made any attempt to remedy our situation. They make excuses about labor shortage - high turnover. I run a business myself and I can never use that excuse! My husband and I got the name of Elite Cabinet Coatings from a neighbor who had had a great experience with them. Well, so did we! Our installer was friendly, professional and spent exactly the time on the project that he promised. He left the kitchen spotless. We would heartily recommend Elite Cabinet Coatings.
Since I moved into this house I did not like the cabinets, 1981 brown wood. It didn't fit the kitchen. When I saw Elite Cabinet Coating on FB I called immediately to see if they would be my answer. I could not afford new cabinets. I had an satisfactory estimate, a date in 2 weeks, and there were were. The installer was the nicest person I have ever had in my home. I can't praise him enough. Now I have beautiful white cabinets and my kitchen looks so bright and beautiful.
Elite Cabinet Coatings was amazing!!! Felix is the absolute best!!! He is meticulous and made sure that every detail of our cabinets looked perfect. The whole process with Elite was an A+! I highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
