Great service by Mitch, he was able to arrange a pre-purchase inspection with only a few days’ notice. After doing the inspection he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining the areas of concern. Within a few hours of doing the inspection, he sent over the formal report which was way more thorough than the one provided by the nominated building inspector from the sales agent. With his report, we feel more comfortable and confident in making the purchase and would highly recommend Mitch to others.
