We’re extremely disappointed with our experience after purchasing what was supposed to be a high-quality new build. Bought one of their houses from previous buyer. House is two years old and has leaking roof already. Shingles they used are already worn down and aged. They use cheap materials. When questioned about warranty, basically said we are out of luck.
