What a waste of money! Almost every nail was cut crooked, some had nail crud still hanging off them, left residue on nail bed from dips that should have been removed, because you can SEE it under the clear polish. Looks like crap. Luckily, there was enough nail to recut and shape correctly myself. Why did I pay if I have to redo the job? Overall, pretty lousy job. Won’t be going back.

Overall it was alright. The color I got is one of my favorites and has gotten a lot of compliments. However, this is probably the worst looking set I have gotten. I usually have an amazing experience but with the guy who is there it was not the experience I’d thought it’d be. All my nails are uneven, I have some that are noticeably longer than others and they are not the style with what I have asked for. Tonya is an amazing nail tech as well as a wonderful human being She is always kind and loving and willing to listen to “your story” and make supportive comments She is creative , professional and never rushes her work I consistently feel valued and heard even when I may ask for an unusual request or nail design I always leave the shop thrilled with her work and I always get tons of compliments when people see what she’s done with my nails She’s a treasure !!
