Great boxing gym. If you actually want to learn to box instead of doing Cardio fitness (although you'll get plenty of that) or if you only want that they have fitness boxing as well. Just over all great gym and instructors.

I encourage people to do their research before engaging in a sport like boxing. The number one leading cause of death in boxing related injuries are subdural hematoma. My sister was a member at this gym when she died from a subdural hematoma. Under the guidance of their coach Mike Cusato she died at only the age of 35. He was the last person she talked to before she lost consciousness. She told him her head hurt and he told her to "get some rest". I arrived at 7:30 PM and waited for 25 minutes, but the instructor ignored me and went up to the office on the second floor. I'm not sure, but I think he used the back door and left. I paid $20 to take the class and wasted my time. I heard people calling him Paul. ---

Honestly cannot say enough great things about this place. The owner is simply the best and all of the trainers/instructors are fantastic! They are great at keeping an eye on everyone and giving tips, as well as correcting form. They take their time with everyone and are extremely friendly. This is the ONLY place I’ve ever felt 100% comfortable working out and learning new exercises; I’ve never felt foolish or insecure around anybody here, including other members, just because I might not be as strong or don’t know the proper... read more
