fast, reliable, competent service. The car was dropped off to them on Sunday night, the Insurance adjuster was to be there on Tuesday to inspect, and authorize service, and they said the car should be done by Friday after the adjuster approved the claim. Elite called me on Monday, said the adjuster had already been there, and service was approved, and parts ordered, and the work should be completed by Friday. Unfortunately, I have had to use them twice this winter because of the deer. Both times they have been honest, quick, and easy to work with. They coordinated with my insurance and the car came back better than I left it. The detailing work they did inside the car was unexpected and impeccable!

My son had an accident and had the car towed here. They didn't actually do any work to the vehicle because insurance totalled it out however the staff was great! They kept me updated on what was going on and the steps I needed to take. If I ever actually need work done I would take my car back here.
I called to notify the owner that someone had stolen my daughter's ipods he got irrate I explained that apple shows that the car was there on the ship the last time they pinged He got aggressive I let it go because I really like Kara Since they are the only body shop in morrow county I decided to get an estimate when our car was damaged the owner set the appointment we rearranged our work schedules and arrived at the appointment for hont onstate he wouldn't do the work Which is his right however have the courtesy to call so... read more
