My son had an accident and had the car towed here. They didn't actually do any work to the vehicle because insurance totalled it out however the staff was great! They kept me updated on what was going on and the steps I needed to take. If I ever actually need work done I would take my car back here.
Jason and Kara were great. Elite did a great job on the truck. The biggest thing they got right was in dealing with Allstate. As per normal, Allstate wanted to screw me by using cheap Chinese parts at their preferred shop and underestimating the cost to repair. Elite set them straight.
Jason and his crew did an excellent job repairing hail damage on our Honda CR-V. We were very pleased with the communication throughout the process. They make it very easy to drop your car off and pick up after hours, if needed. We had a rental car from Enterprise during our repair and we were able to leave it at the body shop when we picked up our car. One less trip to make to return it to Marion. They made it all so easy! They have done a car for me a few years ago because of a deer hitting my car. They did an awesome job had no stress with insurance.
They did a great job fighting the insurance company to get my truck fixed right and make it look as good as the day i bought it
