Bad really bad . Took my car to get quote and was told busy then when get call back I told told something very expensive and told them I don't want it fixed and will try another place . They told me they will charge for quote and storage , tow and hours on it when I have not even been to the shop yet and signed any paper work and I towed the car their on my expense with Aaa. Major fraud and they will be hearing from my lawyer .dont leave ur car here please
