I dont want to get into all the details, but I need to express my gratitude to Jimmy and also Alison. Jimmy was very generous to me when he didn't have to be. Alison went to bat for me with my insurance company and got things moving in my direction. They're stand-up, good people and I'm thankful for their kindness.
Got in a accident with my truck, called them for estimate and schedule, From start to finish office ladies kept me informed, and body shop did a awesome job, There were no hidden costs or run around, 100% satisfied, will use them again if needed...
While I understand Elite's owner quickly dismissing my fully repaired pickup for a full paint job because he said "We only do collision work", it would have been in his best interest to get off his office chair and actually LOOK at how detailed my truck's bodywork was completed, ready for a masking and scuff and paint. If his painter knows how to mix and spray paint, the whole job would've taken less than a day to do, at $3500+.
