Came here for a consultation and everyone is great! The actual office is beautiful, very clean and located in a great location in the city. Julissa is wonderful! I ended up not being a candidate but the service and experience made the trip I made worth while. Allie at the front desk is very sweet and attentive and made me some tea since I was cold. I really recommend this place!
I was there for a 6 am procedure and had to wait until the building opened. Although that was a disappointment, the staff at Airsculpt upstairs was so kind. I met Crystal upstairs at the front desk and she was so patient with me and answered all my questions. The nurses were great too and helped make my experience so much more enjoyable.
Alli at the front desk is a treasure!
If I could give 0 stars I would. extremely disappointed with my experience with AirSculpt, particularly when it comes to postoperative communication and patient care. I paid a significant amount of money for my procedure, and I feel like the level of attention and communication I received before surgery has been completely different from what I’ve experienced afterward. I don’t leave reviews at all but I need to share. I went here to pick up my friend from her procedure the other week. Everything is very clean and the actual facility is gorgeous! Alli at the front desk is the kindest and sweetest. I was waiting for a bit since I got there early and she spoke with me and reassured me that my friend was okay while I was waiting since I was getting kind of nervous!
