The quote was done within 48 hours of my call, and NRMA insurance then approved it. I took my car to Elite Body & Paint for a straightforward bumper repair. Instead, I got dishonesty, excuses, and a half-finished job. The job was simple and priced in line with other shops, yet they still couldn’t complete it properly. The bumper on the right-hand side was clearly not clipped in when I picked it up. It was obvious when they quoted the job that the bracket which clips the bumper cover in place was broken. Just Got back my car staff was helpful kept me updated everything been excellent thanks guys and received my quote on 2nd day while jacob body paint took 5 weeks just to give me quote and here everything got done in 3-4 weeks
