Customer service is absolutely abysmal. Sent my car in to be fixed and waited till the date it was to be picked up. Called five times across an hour couldn’t get an answer. Drove into the store and asked why I wasn’t getting an answer, reception told me she was essentially ‘stressed’ and claimed I had to wait till the next week to get my car… waited till next week, got the call to pick it up and arrived in store and proceeded to watch her ignore a ringing phone. I took my Mitsubishi Lancer to Elite Body and Paint for a panel repair. Everything went as quickly as it could and very smoothly. The quote was done within 48 hours of my call, and NRMA insurance then approved it. Once the insurer approved it, I was booked in within two weeks and they had the car a couple of days and then they were finished. The end job was excellent.
