The service I received from Elite Body and Paint was exceptional. Communication was outstanding. I used a loan car which was brand new. My car was completed in the time indicated and the overall finish was amazing. Cannot speak highly enough of this business.

0 stars! My sister had a recent insurance claim go through elite body and paint. The customer service from the receptionist was utterly disgusting to the point she rang up the insurance company to see if they could take it somewhere else. Apparently the insurance company thought the customer service from their end was appalling as well. Find a new receptionist someone with basic manners and actually friendly! No more business from my family

Customer service is absolutely abysmal. Sent my car in to be fixed and waited till the date it was to be picked up. Called five times across an hour couldn’t get an answer. Drove into the store and asked why I wasn’t getting an answer, reception told me she was essentially ‘stressed’ and claimed I had to wait till the next week to get my car… waited till next week, got the call to pick it up and arrived in store and proceeded to watch her ignore a ringing phone.
