Greatest gym in Apopka!
This gym is amazing. Highly recommend for all skill levels. All the equipment and free weights you could need. Stair climber, treadmills, squad racks, bench press, leg press, you name it. They also have a bunch of fun equipment like big tires, chains, punching bags, ropes, medicine balls, boxes for jumping, etc. This gym is super convenient for Apopka, especially since there are not many gyms nearby. I love this gym! Not too big, not too small. Just wish they were open a little longer but overall a nice family owned gym. We love to get some solo workouts in here! The owners are a joy to work with as well. 10/10 recommend if you enjoy working out at your own pace.
