I’ve been training at Elite Body Fitness for the past few months, and I’ve absolutely loved every session with my trainer, Matt Sunderland. What stands out about Matt is his incredible energy and enthusiasm. He makes going to the gym something I genuinely look forward to, always turning each session into a fun and productive experience. I’ve also developed strong connections with the other members, and the sense of community within the club is truly outstanding, making every workout there even more enjoyable.

Loved it here, amazing help with workouts for someone who is trying to workout for the first time. Also took the time out of their day to help suggest meal plans for me! Amazing a love it!

I’ve just finished another workout at EBF and this team knows their stuff! I even eavesdropped on the training session next to me, to listen to the advice & technique adjustments given, to make the most out of your workouts. Health & Fitness, for me, is for life, not just to achieve a goal. And I can’t see a better place to do that!
