This was my first cryotherapy session. I had localized cryotherapy on my foot which suffers with plantar fasciitis. With just one session I felt a huge difference. At first it was too cold for my foot, but Michelle was able to bring it down a level and it was so much better. This is so worth a try if you're contemplating it. She is knowledgeable and the place is very clean.

I had the best red light and blue light facial! I booked on classpass and got a complimentary extra 30 min! It was so relaxing I fell asleep! Amazing service can’t wait to go back

FANTASTIC experience! I received a cryo facial, blue light therapy, and hip compression therapy and could not recommend it more. Michelle is amazing and so kind. I had some troubles with class pass but she was more than accommodating. Plus the results speak for themselves. It's been one day and the benefits are still so present. Happy skin and happy hip/lower back! Can't wait to go back. :)
