Rude. I called the Marina 8am to confirm we were still good to go for a work rack, however they how let me know that they had to schedule construction and now wouldn't be able to accommodate a work rack at my time. Called Elite to let them know immediately. He was rude and belligerent to me even though this was out of my control. I honestly don't know what kind of work this guy does...but if the way he deals with customers is any indication....I definitely don't care to find out.
Elite and their guys came out and wetsanded and compounded my2003 Mako and brought her back to life! I never thought my boat would ever shine again, now no more chalk or embarassment while driving it. They were friendly and honest and I recommend them to all my boating friends. Thanks Elite!
You are wasting your time & money, this guy promises the world & sounds sincere, but drops the ball. Don't let them finish as it get's dark (am betting it is a common practice for them) he will promise to come back should anything be wrong in the morning. I did my best to check on progress as it went along & looked over everything as best I could before they left, I sent him pictures the next day he assured me he would back 2 days later.
