Elite BMW service department is the worst anyone can ever deal with. Service manager Cliff Vieira is very unprofessional and doesn't take any step in helping but he can make you feel even more uneasy and frustrated. You will never find a loaner when you need one. It's hard to schedule them.
Tarek and Jay from the sales department are amazing—truly five stars! Tarek went above and beyond to help me with service issues, and I really appreciate his support. Unfortunately, my overall rating is lower because of the service manager, Cliff. He was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, often blaming customers for any repairs needed. His attitude left me feeling worse about the situation and regretting bringing my car to BMW for service.
My wife and I were looking into the BMW X1 as a potential car for upgrade, but unfortunately the pushy options from the manager at the Elite dealership made us walkaway. William, the salesperson, was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and he presented us with all the different packages and options.
