It was a pleasure working with Sam! He was knowledgable, responsive, prompt, honest and thorough. He helped me narrow down a few options for window shades and gave me the pros and cons given the lighting challenges I had in my home. I had priced out similar do-it-yourself shades at Lowes and Home Depot and the price Sam quoted was comparable.
