Dr. Boyd and staff are very polite. Don’t understand why people complain when they don’t get what they want. They have done a great job and treated me like a normal person and cared about my condition. Dr. Boyd actually listened to me unlike other doctors in the past that just prescribed medications left and right. Thank you so much.
The receptionist is extremely rude. (This was my first interaction with her after calling and leaving voicemails for a month with no response or callback). After seeing most reviews in this establishment concern her I’d highly consider how worthy it is to keep someone like that on your team. It’s truly disgraceful that when working with mental health you’d allow someone so rude to talk with people who could be struggling.
Like pulling teeth to get a prescription refilled. All calls go to voicemail and if you get called back, she says she will refill (life threatening withdrawal) medication by 5pm and then does not follow through. Pharmacy requests are not responded to either. Do not book here, many other professional clinics in town that might care a little bit about their patients. This receptionist needs to find another field so less people are harmed.
Wonderful staff, I’ve been a patient for years even after moving out of the area.
