Wonderful staff, I’ve been a patient for years even after moving out of the area.
Love Dr. Boyd and especially Stephanie! The receptionist, Pearla, seriously needs to do her job and return some phone calls. She is way out of line!
Dr. Boyd is the best doctor, he is very professional and he really listen to what you have to say. I have been seeking Dr Boyd for at least three years. I would highly recommend him. He is the best.
Have been trying to call my Psychiatrist for over a month and it seems the secretary is playing God with gatekeeper status and unable to deliver messages when I'm trying to adjust my dosages. Dr Boyd is fantastic but the staph is sorely lacking in empathy and the general ability to perform secretarial duties. I've called 4 times, my wife (RN) has caked also with no response.
My quality of life is better by a million miles since the day I talked to Dr. Stephanie Bennett, and Dr. Michael Boyd. Thanks for being my go to. Much love...
