Jeff is an amazing person, I thought I had bed bugs and so I called in to see because I already could see from his website how much of an honest expert he is in treating bed bugs as well as it being more affordable. Jeff was great to work with. He was incredibly generous with his time and his expertise, going out of his way to speak with my wife and I separately over the phone to help us diagnose our issue and determine the most economical path forward. I can’t believe how passionate, sincere, knowledgeable, and honest Jeff is!! He spent a good amount of time asking detailed questions about my situation. He was confidant that I was not dealing with bed bugs (THANK GOODNESS), but carpet beetles. Then he explained, in detail, how to handle the situation on my own. What a guy!!! We had a suspected bed bug problem and I was looking for some to advise on next steps. I’m so happy I found Jeff and Elite Bed Bug Exterminators. Jeff was very kind and helpful, guiding me over the phone on how to determine whether we really had bed bugs or not. He spent about 40 minutes with me without any expectations. Thankfully we didn’t have them. Instead of selling me his services and products, Jeff saved me money and time.
