I can’t recommend Elite Bed Bug Exterminators enough. I reached out after finding what I thought was a bed bug and even sent a photo. Instead of trying to sell me a costly treatment, they took the time to carefully look and explained that it was actually a carpet beetle. Absolutely highest recommendation to Jeff at Elite Bedbug Exterminators. Jeff called me back FROM THE HOSPITAL because he knew I was freaking out and he wanted to make sure my house was safe and free of bed bugs. As he seems to have done with several others, he identified a much smaller problem and talked me through how to fix it myself. In an industry filled with scammers, this guy truly cares about his customers and does a great job. 100% recommend.

Cannot recommend this service enough. Came into contact with bed bugs in a motel on a Saturday night, and Sunday morning Jeff took our call when no one else we contacted was able to help and walked us through what to do to avoid bringing bed bugs into our home. He sacrificed his own peaceful morning to answer every frantic question we had and made us feel like we had a game plan and someone on our side who knew what to do. Give him a call, you won’t regret it!!!

10/10 recommend. I called frantic in the middle of the night and he calmly walked me through identifying my pest issue and helped me resolve the problem. He stayed on the phone for over an hour in attempts to save me money and time. Absolutely would call him.

Jeff saved us from complete panic when we were away on vacation and thought we found bed bugs at our hotel. He was busy with family, but he immediately took the time to look at photos and videos of the bugs we found. Thankfully he identified the bugs as something else, and we were able to rest assured. He was thorough, patient, and kind in his explanation of how to identify bed bugs, and he was attentive in addressing our concerns. He's clearly passionate about what he does!
