Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I called him on the Fourth of July, and he answered right away and helped me figure out that my “bed bugs” were actually carpet beetles. He spent plenty of time with me on the phone, walked me through what to do next, and explained exactly what bed bugs are and how to deal with them if I ever encounter them. Jeff was very knowledgeable and took the time walking me through what to do to eliminate the bug problem we were having. A week later and we are no longer having issues. He saved us a lot of money if we would have had someone else come out. Highly recommend!

Jeff is a great guy who really cares about helping you. Bed bugs a legit the devil in bug form. They reproduce everyday, can live without feeding for a year, and can hide anywhere…. But they can’t hide from Jeff. He is very knowledgeable, detailed, and tells you exactly what is happening and how he will fix it. Go with him, and your nightmare will be over. He gave me back my peace of mind.
