My kid woke up with multiple bites on his upper torso, I called multiple pest control companies to schedule for an inspection ASAP. I called the owner at 1am with a problem of Bee's in my kitchen and outside door and the owner walked me through what to do and talked to me for a very long time helping me out. Very, very helpful!

After already having a bad day, waking up with the feeling my son may have bed bugs made it all that much worse. Thank goodness for Jeff, he quickly asked me some questions and assured me with a high-level of confidence that it in fact likely is carpet bugs instead of bed bugs. I called Jeff after finding weird bug bites all over my body one morning. He helped me understand that I was likely dealing with carpet beetles, not bed bugs. He talked to me on the phone for an hour to develop an at-home plan that cost about $100 bucks in supplies, and he didn't charge me for any of the help he gave me over the phone!
