I echo what a lot of folks on here have said - thought we had bed bugs, called Jeff, he talked my wife and me through the physiology of bed bugs and how our experience was almost absolutely certainly NOT bed bugs. As is the case with other reviewers, I experienced numerous bug bites after staying in a “rustic” cabin. Called Jeff on a Saturday and he spent two separate sessions on the phone with me asking questions, discussing the situation and then giving me advice on to how to treat the problem. We are in the process of going through all those steps now, and are hopeful that this thorough treatment will eliminate the problem. After bringing home bed bugs from a motel, I was completely panicked. Jeff took the time to walk me through a detailed action plan over the phone, and his calm, confident guidance instantly put me at ease. My kid woke up with multiple bites on his upper torso, I called multiple pest control companies to schedule for an inspection ASAP. Jeff called back the quickest at the end of a working day around 5:30 PM, he asked me a few questions and was able to confidently determine what we are experiencing is carpet beetle irritation.
