Edited to add: The “owner” responded requesting that I email or call to resolve the issue, yet provided a non-working phone number. (555) numbers are universally recognized placeholder numbers. I initially assumed this was an automated reply error and gave the benefit of the doubt to the email address provided. That email also bounced back as undeliverable. My first visit was amazing! I lost a total of 7”! She said I may lose 1-3”, but a total overall 7”!!

There were different options available as well as an easy way to finance bigger packages that are affordable and not overpriced like the bigger companies.
