Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of my time. First and foremost, this barbershop requires appointments, so what exactly is the point of making one if I’m still sitting there waiting 20+ minutes past my scheduled time with no communication or consideration for my time? If you’re overbooked, don’t offer the appointment. And if friends or preferred customers are being worked in ahead of people who actually scheduled a time, that’s even more unprofessional. Sam at Elite gave my son the best haircut he’s ever had! He was SO patient, dealt with his fidgetiness, his over-sharinging with grace and is just an all around pro. We will definitely be returning to Sam from now on! Thank you SO much Mr. Sam!!!
The people were nice and the haircuts wasn’t bad, but I paid extra for the beard line up and the work was not even. On top of a number of cuts now on my neck, the sides aren’t close to the same angle. If you do go I would not recommend getting any beard work done.
