I’ve been a loyal customer, but my last visit was disappointing. Despite arriving first, I was skipped multiple times. For the price you charge, I expected better organization and service.
Walked in, no appointment, guy says have a seat. Doesn’t take my name. Sat for over an hour next to someone who DID have an appointment that was also waiting an hour past their time. Meanwhile, 2 guys walk in, and almost immediately get a haircut. No communication from any of the barbers, no sign in, not friendly at all.

Great haircut. Terrell was very friendly and wanted to make sure I was happy with the haircut. Very friendly atmosphere. I will go again next month.
