Honest, fast, and friendly. They communicated all of the costs and timeline to me. Was very pleased with the electrical repair on my Toyota RAV4. Would definitely go back here!
Elite has always been straight forward and honest with me about what I need, don’t need, and what I can get away with for a while. Prices are extremely fair, techs are competent and attentive, and I don’t have to schedule a month in advance. Support local shops and not big corporations.
Work was timely and price was what I was quoted after diagnostic. I did have an issue after the initial fix but they were responsive and got the issue resolved right away.
Straight forward, quick turn, and very good shop.
Recently went to Elite Auto Works for an oil change and then had to come back for an electrical issue with my stereo. Both visits they took great care of me and my vehicle. They are trust worthy, competitively priced, and do a great job. Highly recommend as one of the best auto mechanics not only in Castle Rock but the entire front range.
