My first impression was great and the service was out standing . . .
I can't recommend Elite Auto Works highly enough! My car was having transmission issues, and Shane Garcia and his team took excellent care of both me and my vehicle. From start to finish, they were honest, caring, and incredibly reasonable with their pricing. Elite AutoWorks did a wonderful & timely job in diagnosing & fixing a complicated electrical issue on my 2017 Lincoln. After identifying that the dashboard was draining the battery, though the dash appeared to be off, they were able to trace the cause to a defective hatch latch and one of the door latches. Since replacing the latches, I have had zero issues over the last 3 weeks! I plan to make Elite my go-to repair shop from now on!
Shane and team were efficient, communicative and price friendly. I appreciate that they’re Toyota/Lexus specialist for my 100 series
Great customer service I felt very comfortable with the staff working on my vehicle,they even fixed a simple problem that other shops could not even find and they fixed it because they took they time to look at it
