Wonderful experience. I had my car dropped there overnight and received a call from Jessie first thing in the morning. They had the problem diagnosed and fixed in about 24hrs. Great customer service, definitely recommend!
First time experience with this shop, but meeting with management and sharing my concerns that I wanted them to look for beyond the oil change was listened to and answered well. Oil change completed, very quickly and reasonable pricing. I would recommend them easily. If you drive a Mini, this is the shop to go to.
These guys were able to diagnose my electrical issues quickly. They addressed other issues as well. Did a full cursory inspection of the entire vehicle. Took pictures and listed the issues and sent me a link to access at my leisure. Everyone was extremely well versed, experienced and very knowledgeable. My vehicle was in and out in no time. Best experience I've had.!
Jesse did an excellent job. He went over all the details thoroughly. I've been a customer since 2018, when I bought my first BMW, and I've always been happy with their service.
Great shop. Full service and very friendly. It is so nice to speak directly with the mechanic that actually worked on your vehicle. Good luck getting that at a dealership. Well run small operation with low overhead and reasonable prices. I'm a fan.
