Finally found a shop that specializes on MINIs. I have to say that Freddy was very attentive and took care of business. He understood what needed to be done to my MINI and was in constant communication. They have a cools system that takes photos of the item(s) that need repaired. I found the shop I was looking for. so glad red is back on the road Thank you!
I cannot be more grateful recommend Elite Auto enough if you have a BMW or Mini. Like others, I found out the hard way that you could not just replace a dead battery in your Mini... it HAS to be registered to the vehicle which requires a special tool with special software on it. Prices on Google for the service at the dealership had me cringing and ready to cry. The price here was great! Jesse took very good care of me. Had my AC condenser replaced and my car was in and out within a couple of hours. 100% recommended!
This is a 5 year follow up review. Let me start by saying these guys are very honest. I blew the motor out of my 2013 BMW 550 N63. Theses guys swapped all the components off my old motor onto a new block that I purchased from BMW. If you have ever seen an N63 there’s a million parts to it.
