I had a problem that has been promptly resolved. They took care of me even though I got out of line. The owner cares deeply about this business and will take care of you.
Critical: Professionalism I had a water pump replaced for around $2500 I use this vehicle for my business. About a month later I get a leak. Called and they said drop it off. Brought it in and now no time to look at it. The mechanic is great the front office is amature at best. Now I have lost several days of business. We have over 30 trucks at a warehouse across the street and now I know why nobody goes there. Sad
RecommendedWe are thankful that we found Elite Auto. It is hard to find a mechanic that you can trust and that stands by their work. We have found that Rob & the Elite Auto crew work with integrity. We had a minor issue with a repair that was done & that was resolved quickly. We would recommend working with them.
I recently had some major repairs done at Elite Automotive. The staff was friendly, they beat the quote I was given at another shop by a few hundred dollars, and finished ahead of schedule.

Hands down the best automotive shop I've ever been too. These guys are honest and real professionals. I went in with an electrical issue that wasn't sure could be fixed without going to the dealership. Within 5 minutes of being there, they fixed the issue. Moving forward, I will continue to visit Elite Automotive for all my car needs and will recommend them to anyone looking for honest reliable work.
We were heading from Idaho to Yuma Arizona when we developed a water-pump leak on our pickup. Was referred to Elite by the ford dealer there. They took special care of us with our problem and had us back on the road just after noon for our trip. Price was very fair for the immediate service that we good and the personnel were excellent. If you are looking for any auto work this is the place to go. Probably the best shop that I have been into for a long time. They care!
