I’ve taken my cars to Elite for as long as I can remember. I just got my latest car back, and it’s running better than it did when I first got it. Everybody at Elite is super professional and super patient with me, even when I ask the same questions over and over. Appreciate you guys!
I went in a week ago and asked about a repair and was given a price. I bought the parts and went back to see about scheduling and the price went up. The guy who quoted the price just said "well I'm not a technician and I thought it was the other side" he actually came outside and looked at it the first time. Don't quote prices then up the quote!
This review has been edited to include my full experience. Initially I gave them the benefit of doubt but after the way I have been treated it is obvious they are cooked. They had my car for exactly 4 weeks, it sat there for several days before they even did the diagnostics on it and when I finally got it back, two credit cards were missing out of my car and suddenly my air isnt working, they also left another customers keys in my car. They acted like I was crazy and said they could do diagnostics for 150 dollars an hour to ... read more
