I am adding this due to their response. When the mechanic suggested that the engine be replaced, I asked about rebuilding timing, since that was their diagnosis. You see, I didn't understand that you needed to replace the entire engine do to a timing phaser issue. I was specifically told by the mechanic "We do not like to teardown and replace timing parts, because whether it's the replacement parts that could fail or our mechanics, we have to protect our reputation" That's exactly what their mechanic told me. In 2026 my vehicles all have needed either maintenance or repairs so I have used Elite in Spencer many times this year from new tires, sensors, diagnosis on a creaking noise I couldn't figure out. Every time Jacob and Zach the service writers have been amazing. I love to feel comfortable and talk to them in person and every time I show up they are easy to talk to and always are fair with me and give me updates.
