Went in for an oil change. I was really surprised at the professionalism of the shop as well as his w nice the facilities are. Deceptive from the outside .. I have a new Jeep Gladiator and was very happy with the service.
Definitely will return in future.
Kevin was professional courteous and super nice. Great honest mechanics are hard to come by these days so if you have a European Vehicle or Mercedes Like Mine He's your guy
I am absolutely disgusted with Kevin . Im an older female doing everything alone. Needless to say , with age we forget things. I was concerned about my timing belt on my Jetta. ( I’m also keeping up on another car I own). Not realizing I’d had the timing belt replaced last year at Elite, I asked Kevin for an estimate. Kevin gave me a $1700 estimate KNOWING he’d already done the job last year. I found out later when I accessed my carfax. I will never come back again. Hope you sleep well at night Kevin. Amy
