They Know Their European Cars and Stuff, They went above and beyond on my Volkswagen Golf Service and Repair
I own a 2013 Fiat 500 & as such, I know how much of a pain the vehicle can be. With this mentioned, the mechanics here have been completely understanding, kind, patient & friendly when I brought back my Fiat twice! In addition to this great service & amazing work they do here, when they couldn't find anything wrong with my car, they didn't even charge me! I was ready to pay, but they told me "no need. It isn't fair, seeing as how I couldn't find anything." These guys are the best & very trustworthy.
We took our 2017 Porsche Cayenne in for what we thought was a serious engine or drivetrain shuddering issue. The team at Elite diagnosed it quickly and found it to just need transfer case servicing. They also solved a sensor issue in our coolant tank. The cost of the repairs was far less than we were anticipating. Great communication and friendly staff as well. We will definitely be using them again for any future repairs. Highly recommended.
I've been taking my Silverado to Elite Automotive for about 3 years now & Miguel & his team have been nothing but good to me. Thankful they're still willing to work on my old Chevy. This is the shop y'all need to go too!
We had them diagnose and repair a leak in the windshield washer reservoir. It wasn’t the reservoir but just the washer line had been chewed open by a rodent. They spliced the line for a fraction of the cost. In addition they cleaned the inside of the car and replaced the registration sticker on the windshield. They were amazing. We have finally found our car repair shop!!!!
