Great service, great cost
The front desk ladies are rude , they act like they are sick of their jobs. Today on 3:25/25 my mother went in and asked to use 1 tool to use to take my battery out of my truck to switch it. & the front desk lady had a attitude right away and said that I put to many batteries in my truck and that they can’t keep doing it. Keep in mind I buy my own damn batteries I put in my own damn batteries and they act like they do something. Lazy nothing but some angry front desk ladies .
Elite auto? More like Elite dumpster! Buy with EXTREME caution. I bought a Sorento from here and.... The remote start doesn't work, the backup camera doesn't work, AND they sold me a flat spare tire!! I didn't think to check all this. But, apparently you need to. Beyond ridiculous. Needless to say I'm extremely unhappy and will not be a repeat customer and will tell others my story! What a shame!!
I didn't know if I'd make it home. Thank for for putting my truck on computer last minute. I'm really appreciative of you guys doing that. Thank you again.
