Went to Elite to get an oil change on my 2019 Kia with 73k miles. They wanted to charge me a tad over 1k to replace a cover valve gasket that broke and was causing an oil leak, the oil change, replace both cabin air & engine filters, rotate my tires, and replace my shocks because they were shot and causing cupping on my tires. Needless to say I chose to get a second opinion because I do not believe shocks should be bad after 73k miles/suspicious new oil leak/the price seemed a bit outrageous. Had these guys work on my truck after using the same mechanic for 5 years. They did a fantastic job - pricing was great. Got a couple different quotes on tires and they exceeded my expectations. I was expecting to have to put my spare tire back under the bed but they were great and did it for me. Highly recommend.
Going to Elite Auto has been a great experience. I've always been able to get my vehicle in and worked on in a timely manner. The customer service is great.
So easy to book an appointment online for an oil change. Once at the appointment, my car was ready to go in no time. Will gladly stop in again for an oil change!
