With new ownership this place is a joke. They don't clean inside like they use to, have gone to cheaper products such as armor all thats basically water and nobody that has any sense of customer service is there. Staff seem unhappy and like they dont care about the service they provide. Sad it was a good place and use to go there for years. Unfortunately after all these years I'll be visiting 21st. for my car cleaning needs.

NYC’s new $15. Minimum Wage has caused another Long-Time Car Wash to Close Permanently. $15 minimum wage Forces Car Washes to either invest in machines for Fully Automated Express Wash, with No Vacuuming, No Hand Drying. Or charge much Higher Prices for Full Service, Hand Wash.
