No communication on price before work was performed. Did work that was never discussed without any authorization. Great place to get scammed. Edit: they replaced my AC compressor but didn’t flush the lines, so my AC worked for a couple of weeks and quit. This guy charged over 2k for something he didn’t even do correctly. Then he sent my wife threatening text messages because of this review, so I had to take it to a different auto shop to get fixed correctly this time. These people are frauds.
I have used Elite for both of my vehicles. On my 2020 Ram Diesel, they did the routine required maintenance for a very reasonable price and I was impressed with Shaun’s customer service. My other car is a 1972 Chevelle. You just don’t trust any mechanic to work on it. Based on my past experience, I took it to Elite. I had a pretty significant oil leak and needed a couple of other things fixed. I also told them i had a small issue when accelerating and to see if they could adjust the carb. The owner came out to address a problem with with Fass Fuel System at 10pm thank you Sean for always being there for my family!
They go above and beyond when it comes to service. Loyal customer of 10 years and Elite is the only garage I use.
