It is never a good day when you have to call a tow truck but Dustin really made it as good as it could be. He arrived promptly and got my car loaded onto a flatbed in no time despite two bent rims. Dustin gave me a ride to the shop and was great to talk to on the way. He was patient with me while I cussed and moaned about my car and even managed to make me smile. I appreciate his great attitude and excellent service. Bad days would not be so bad if they all came with a Dustin 😃

The driver Dustin was awesome he helped me find a place to get a tire that wasn't expensive. He was very polite and treated my old truck with care when he towed it. Im not from Columbus and needed to get back to Dayton. I would recommend Elite Auto Service to everyone. It's nice to know there is still companies with great customer service.....

My 2 year old Tucson, after an oil change and service 7 days prior (interesting), blew up on 70E last night. I dialed roadside assistance and they contacted Elite. The driver was courteous, friendly, timely and worried about my safety. I lease new vehicles so I won’t have breakdowns...LOL...guess I’ve been proven wrong on that theory. Thankful to know Elite is a company I can trust when the need again arises! Your driver rocks! Thank you so very much!
