Will never do business with this dealership again. I purchased a vehicle back on September 11 of this year as a repeat customer and it has now had 2 repairs that I have had to haggle them for, when the vehicle was supposed to be under their 90 day warranty. The first repair the sales manager tried to force me to pay out of pocket and I had literally just made my first car payment. Not a buy here pay here just the same as a big dealership with less lenders claim to get all approved but they will run a hard inquiry and just demand a co-sign wouldn’t do business here there cars are badly taken care of too, they also leave the car running till u get there so you can’t thoroughly check the engine and all well when you get there
I had the best experience with buying my truck here at the Dunn location. Ruby was specially helpful and professional, made the experience smooth and comfortable. A great place to definitely come back to if I need another vehicle.
