I have not bought from this dealership YET….but plan to. I’m looking for a nice truck, my car just broke down on me so me and my family is in need of one. Just waiting for my bank to write a check. Process was very fast and easy. Ruby was very nice and patient with me. She made it very smooth and I love the truck that I got. Will definitely come back in the future.

Elite Auto in Dunn was well laid out, super friendly, easy to work with. I would definitely get another vehicle from them in the future. Ruby was super helpful and personalible to be around. Update: while the associate was friendly, my husband and I have been experiencing delays in getting the plate. Yes there is a time period for things to be done but my temp tag expires tomorrow & I have yet to be informed that its ready to be picked up.
