If I could give 6 stars, I would. I was passing through Swift Current from Regina to Calgary alone when my vehicle stopped working. After getting towed to Elite, they immediately got me in and were able to diagnose and (try) to fix the problem. I called from alberta looking to help my daughter out , she was having an issue with her car . Was absolutely amazed in the service ,knowing I was willing to spend the money they were honest and upfront . Gave it an oil change and told her to drive it on the highway to blow the build up out . They also found her breaks needed to be done ( down to 10% ) i said do them . All said and done oil change and breaks and diagnostic $650 !! Amazing and affordable. I paid but they didn't actually do anything. I ended up stranded with further damage to the vehicle due to not being repaired. Well beyond totally unprofessional. Still have electrical problems, still getting a flashing check engine light. They didn't even check anything I asked them to. The engine light came on again on the highway and left me stranded in limp mode. Coil's probably done - catalytic converter probably wrecked by now. Headlights still change brightness randomly. We were on the road and needed an emergency replacement of the serpentine belt. Mike kindly fit us in, checked all the pulleys and installed the new belt. He then checked and cleared the engine codes, and we were on our way! Fair price.

I was traveling through Swift Current with my elderly mom when we had engine trouble and overheated. Elite Auto fit me into their schedule and made sure my car was safe to drive. There is nothing scarier than being stranded on the side of a road in summer with an elderly parent. They even picked me up and returned me to where I was staying. The front office staff was supportive and kind.
