Purchased a car there August 2022. Made my final payment in Dec 3, 2023. Was setup for autopay and they took an extra payment out of my account. I have been contacting them since Dec 7, 2023 about my refund and car title that they still have not sent. Placed a complaint on BBB and still no resolution. This has been the WORSE consumer experience I have ever experienced.

I WAS SOLD A LEMON AND BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS SINCE I BROUGHT IT AND NOT RUNNING NOW AND I CAN'T EVEN GET TO WORK SO IT GOING TO GET REPOED
