Called them at 8 Am, they promised “right now” “ASAP”, called them at 9 AM told me 40 minutes more because of heavy traffic… Don't waste your time.

Answered my call right away. Gave me an immediate quote over the phone that was much cheaper than the other quote I received today. I never received a call back from the 3rd place I called for a quote. They were able to replace in the same day. They were very nice and professional. Thank you!
STAY AWAY!! They DON'T have a VACUUM!!! Don't waste your money!! Showed up at my house with a toy shop vac, about as powerful as a DustBuster. Stopped them after 5 minutes - Would have been impossible to clean all the glass up to even make a clean install of the new window!! Not professional AT ALL. Told them to keep my $100 deposit and go away. When I found them on the web, I asked if they were in Encinitas, and they told me yes.
