They were very nice and got the windshield replaced as soon as they got it!
My windshield developed an air leak that would make a loud squeal at highway speeds. I took my 4Runner to the local Toyota Dealership and they recommended Elite Auto Glass. Elite got me in within a few days and had my new windshield installed in 1 hour. They left my car clean and best of all, no more noise! Their shop has a clean and comfortable waiting area. Bree at EAG was very helpful. I had a lot of questions and she was so easy to work with. She was able to get an OEM replacement for me. She said it would take two hours and that is exactly the time it took. Highly recommend.
