I had Eric out to do a windshield on my 2017 f250 after I had a rock crack my window by the time I seen it on the bottom it had spread so I hired them to handle the replacement. The communication was spot on, the work was fantastic, and they checked in even after the work is done. If I could give more stars I definitely would, you just don’t find customer service like this anymore.
Eric and Mariah are really skilled. I have 2024 Honda Prologue. I visited 3 different auto glass companies but they were not able to recalibrate my vehicle. So I have to go to Honda dealership, but Elite Auto Glass made it with reasonable price so I saved more than $500 compared with dealership. Not only that, they are so kind and nice people. Now I understand why they got 5 stars only!
