Excellent quality. Very professional. Very helpful with all my questions and needs Had my vehicle ready sooner than expected.
Customer service is trash. They will have work ongoing and deadass walk past you. I guess they already make enough money and don’t need new customers or more revenue. They also over charge like crazy. I have a pretty deep and clear understanding of how business works so they seem to hate customers that are knowledgeable on repair processes because they don’t make as much money as they do from inexperienced auto customers. If I could give no stars I would! Very rude! No customer service! It’s the owner. Kevin rude! He was a short man, low cut, and very rude. Didn’t even try to give me a quote or an estimate cause I wanted to pay out the pocket. I’ve never been to a place that had less customer service. I will not be coming back here!!! Too money hungry for me
Elite did a FANTASTIC job! They communicated with me throughout the process and gave me options to pursue. I was extremely satisfied with the body work.
