I had a very good experience with **Elite Auto Collision**. Kevin, the owner, took care of me personally, answered my questions, and made sure I understood what was going on with my repair. My **Chrysler 300 looks fantastic**, and I’m very pleased with the quality of the work. Customer service is trash. They will have work ongoing and deadass walk past you. I guess they already make enough money and don’t need new customers or more revenue. They also over charge like crazy. I have a pretty deep and clear understanding of how business works so they seem to hate customers that are knowledgeable on repair processes because they don’t make as much money as they do from inexperienced auto customers.
