I brought my vehicle in to get diagnosis and repaired for the emission test, the guy refused to look at the paper work provided by the emission people, he said that it don’t work like that, I trusted his judgment but was confused. I was told 1 problem which cost me $500.00 and engine light still remained on, was advised to let the car run for 2 days before I go back to test, I waited 3 days light remained on and failed the test again with the same problem/codes. I felt taken advantage of.
I'm very impressed with the customer service the quality work of their technicians the owner has been servicing my (3) vehicles for at least 15 years or more blessings to him and his business
OMG, I enjoyed taking my car in to Elite and worth spending money. The atmosphere is so warm, shop is super clean, BEAUTIFUL plants, and very comfortable. I actually didn't want to leave! Quick and professional service, and the staff was nice. Kudos to Miquel and the staff! I just wished you were located in Houston TX. Thanks for taking care of my vehicle, and the tips on the plants.
The entire crew, including management were awesome. They went above and beyond the line of duty. They made me feel at ease. Most important, the work they performed got positive results. Problem resolved. Great job guys!
