I had a surprise puddle on the driver’s side floor after the first heavy rain of the season. Our usual shop didn’t do leaks. The people they recommended didn’t call me back. Fortunately, google steered me here. They were fantastic. They explained the pricing up front, and let me know they wouldn’t make a move before doing anything that would increase the initial quote. I was looking for a mechanic that could help with my infotainment system and called numerous shops. Of the ones I found, elite offered the most reasonable diagnostic fee. I was pleasantly surprised when the shop guy Thomas called back (initially had missed my call) because in my experience, most times mechanic shops tend not to call back missed calls/follow up on voicemails. If you are needing a place to service you're BMW, Elite auto care has amazing prices. They are friendly, very helpful and the price is nearly half the cost of taking it to the dealer.
