I was looking for a mechanic that could help with my infotainment system and called numerous shops. Of the ones I found, elite offered the most reasonable diagnostic fee. I was pleasantly surprised when the shop guy Thomas called back (initially had missed my call) because in my experience, most times mechanic shops tend not to call back missed calls/follow up on voicemails. If you are needing a place to service you're BMW, Elite auto care has amazing prices. They are friendly, very helpful and the price is nearly half the cost of taking it to the dealer. Honest car repair shops are hard to find. They didn't try and upSell me anything. strictly diagnosed. the problem and offered their solution with prices that are affordable and service you can count on. Thank you Thomas🥰

Initially I brought my car here for an oil change, the service and customer experience was so great I returned for additional maintenance on my car. What I appreciate most is the time that is taken to explain what is wrong with the car and how the repair will be done. I never feel like I am being rushed into a decision as my car is a 2007 and requires some costly repairs.

They're kind and well rounded workers over here. I would definitely go again when whatever broken thing my car has next is causing issues.

I have take. 2 of my BMW’s there. I always given very clear descriptors of what the issue is, timeframe of what needs to be done when and a clear price for each.
