It's a shame that one review about the email not being answered knocked down your five-star review to a 4.6. I'm a small business owner as well and if someone emailed me I would never see it because most people just call or stop in. I wanted to leave a review because I just spoke with you and sent you pictures of some rust repair I need it done on a cadillac. You answer all my questions and went above and beyond.
