I called and set up to have my windshield replaced. He said he would do it at my location the next day at noon. He never showed. I waited all day. I called at 5 pm and left a voice mail. He never called back. I sent a text the next day asking what happened. Still no reply 5 days later.

Outstanding service - Nick goes the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of. We were on vacation in Custer and had a turkey fly in front of us and destroy the windshield. Nick worked hard to find a replacement for our Wagoneer which are in short supply, and got it shipped in from dealer in a matter of a day (only OE window in the mid west available), and drove out to Custer to replace it for us. Called for a quote Nick was able to schedule to get my window fixed the next day. A mobile service so he came to my address in the snow about 15 degrees outside and he got it done in about an hour. Awesome!!! And he even gave cheaper price then quoted.
