Luis at Elite Auto took on the huge project of restoring my 06 Sprinter van. Two other local shops covered up the rusted areas with paint and spray making the problem much worse, to the point it was almost unrepairable. Finally someone honest who was willing to put in the hours of sanding and prep work and research and fix the actual problems. The entire roof and areas around the windows and seam were so badly rusted and deteriorating, but Luis brought this van back to better than it's original condition. I could not be happ... read more
It was brought to my attention that this review was left by this person. I am actually glad he left a review that is very untrue true or just a lie on his part! I will be leaving a response with THE WHOLE story as it actually happened!
Had the pleasure of needing body work again at Elite Auto...can't rave enough about Luis Pacheco's professional perfect workmanship - love the final product!! And a thank you to him for providing the necessary transportation to and from my home....
TERRIBLE COLOR MATCH - - see attached pictures - painted hood, bumper and wing mirrors don’t match the rest of the car. Nice enough guy.. But unreliable and strickingly poor results .. Luis didn't complete the reasonably priced work as he had agreed to do, stating "I have other higher paying jobs that I need to get to..".... and the color match between body panels was very poor. Didn’t complete work as agreed. And terrible color match. Not even close and demanding to be paid more to fix the problem. Luis insists the color match is good and wants to be paid more to address the problem. “I don’t do work for free.” (Judge for yourself from attached pictures). Avoid this shop like the plague!
