Customer service was great, but the radio head unit that was installed in my truck had some issues from the start. It will switch on and off from CarPlay to the basic stereo display randomly at times, and when the basic radio is on, it will not stay on one station for more than a couple minutes without randomly scanning stations no matter what settings are adjusted.
I recently had a new pioneer stereo system and backup camera installed in my truck. Jeff explained everything that I was getting, and made sure I was happy after installation. I recommend them highly!!!
