What a Great experience!! From the start to the finish!! Walk in and treated like family......Joe took time and explained to me what he could do and answered all my questions!!! So nice to come across people that care and willing to help!! Installed radio...back up camera and navigation.......did a super job and explained how everything worked after install. Go see these guys you won't be disappointed!!!!!!
Customer service was great, but the radio head unit that was installed in my truck had some issues from the start. It will switch on and off from CarPlay to the basic stereo display randomly at times, and when the basic radio is on, it will not stay on one station for more than a couple minutes without randomly scanning stations no matter what settings are adjusted.
I recently had a new pioneer stereo system and backup camera installed in my truck. Jeff explained everything that I was getting, and made sure I was happy after installation. I recommend them highly!!!
I have used Elite Audio twice for car stereo installations. I have been pleased with both outcomes. I have dealt with both Joe and Jeff. Both are great to work with. I highly recommend them!
