More than just a workout, this was a boost in well-being for me. I came to Elite with a list of specific needs and was impressed with the personalized program Coach Kelly developed. Her positive spirit was a consistent motivation for me and I very much appreciate the investment of time and energy she extended to help me reach my goals.

I have been training with Kelly for years. Not only is she knowledgeable of her craft, she genuinely cares about her clients. She listens and takes great care in giving you the workout you need for you. She is not a one-plan trainer; she creates a program designed just for you. I have great respect for Kelly as she is the ultimate professional. She is consistent and again, very knowledgeable of her craft. What I love most about Kelly is that she never stops learning and we benefit from her added knowledge.

What I love about my trainer, she truly works with you at your level. Never make you feel like a lost cause. She works with your body from the inside out. If you need adjustment due to your specific situation, she will come up with a plan and work with you. The best move you can make to take care of yourself is to begin with Elite Training.

Kelly is professional, positive, friendly and understanding. I am so glad I was able to work with her. She shows great pride and dedication and wants to see you progress. Our schedules sadly didn't match up so I couldn't continue. But she is amazing !
