Best CrossFit gym, hands down. Web, Jeff, Sammy Jo, Cori, and Zach are next-level coaches—motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in every athlete. The energy is unmatched, the programming is , and the community feels like family. You show up, get pushed, and leave better every time.
Dropped in over Christmas while staying with my in-laws. Went to 3 classes and the community here is great. Web runs a very good gym and Sammy Jo is a great coach. The boot camp programming was challenging and the crossfit side was easy to scale. If you're looking for an approachable gym that has a bunch of fun, this place is for you.
I’ve been going to Crossfit Arlington Heights for a while now and it’s honestly been such a great experience. The coaches especially web is super friendly and supportive — always checking in, giving tips, and making the workouts feel doable no matter your level. The vibe here is really encouraging too; everyone cheers each other on, which makes it way easier to stay consistent. I’ve noticed big improvements in my strength and energy since joining
