I’ve been going to Crossfit Arlington Heights for a while now and it’s honestly been such a great experience. The coaches especially web is super friendly and supportive — always checking in, giving tips, and making the workouts feel doable no matter your level. The vibe here is really encouraging too; everyone cheers each other on, which makes it way easier to stay consistent. I’ve noticed big improvements in my strength and energy since joining

Best gym in the area. Best coaches. Amazing CrossFit programming. Modifications for ALL! Can’t stress that enough. Never think a lack of experience should hinder you. Get over there asap! Ask for Web!
