My teen-aged son is an aspiring pro athlete and we sought a no-nonsense facility and trainers to help him launch prior to academy. This is a top notch training facility for serious gym-goers and aspiring pro athletes. They have the master formula: expertise, schedule practicality, great equipment, individual and small group activity, and an inspired vibe. Highly recommended!
