We’ve been very happy with our experience. EATS is a great group of people with tremendous expertise. They care about the kids and communicate tremendously well. Highly recommend.
I’ve been going to eats for almost a year now and it is such an amazing environment with amazing and helpful trainers.
I’ve been going to EATS for 3 years it is great and you really improve physically for baseball. Such as explosiveness, speed/agility, increasing my velocity and improving my skill on the field. Also doing Recovery to help be at your best has helped me tremendously.
The training’s here is impeccable. The workers here make lifting here so much enjoyable. They also do a great job make a workout regiment focused on what you are training for.
EATS has great trainers and equipment. I have seen great gains from coming in speed and strength that have translated on the field.
